The Operators will:

• Set up and dismantle the machine.
• Attend to the smooth running of the machine throughout the event.
• Replenish the dipping foods and chocolate as needed
• Keep the area clean and presentable
• Show guests how to use the chocolate fondue fountain

The Chocolate

We only use the finest Belgian chocolate produced by Barry Callebaut. You just need to choose the type of chocolate you would like:

• Dark
• Milk
• White

Requirements

• We will require a sturdy table, minimum size 4' x 2' or 4' diameter.
• The table should be close to a socket so that guests do not trip over the cable.
• A tablecloth to cover the table. You may wish to coordinate this with the colours from your wedding/event.
• We will require approximately one hour to set up the machine, heat the chocolate and get things ready to begin dipping
