Terms and conditions

Once an order has been placed for goods that are in stock, and cleared payment has been received, a courier service will delivery to you within 3 days (unless the order is placed on a weekend or bank holiday).

Once goods have been ordered we will inform you when they have been collected by the courier and give you an idea of a delivery date.

Once the goods have been collected by the courier and delivery arranged we will not know if the item is successfully delivered. If your order is not received you should call 0131 6053086 so that we can find out the problem.

Delivery charges and product prices quoted on our web site are for delivery to UK mainland. Delivery surcharge for Northern Ireland £10, UK islands or Scottish Highlands may incur surcharges. Please email Chocolate Falls to check first before ordering.

THE FOLLOWING TERMS LIMIT, AND IN SOME CASES EXCLUDE ALTOGETHER, OUR LIABILITY TO YOU.

1. We will not have any responsibility or liability for the non-delivery of any products unless either;
a) all of the products charged for are not delivered, or
b) you give us full details of the shortages within 1 working day of the part delivery.

2. All products are checked before delivery. The delivery agent states that any damages to the product, due to carriage, must be reported within 24 hours if a claim is to be made. Check your order once delivered and report any damages or shortages within 24 hours. Any damages or shortages reported after after this time cannot be entertained.

3. Chocolate Falls & Parties and Event.co.uk does not accept any responsibility for late or non-delivery of goods arising from incorrect delivery information being provided.

4. We are not liable for any consequential or special damages or loss (including loss of income, profits, markets, reputation, use of contents or loss of an opportunity) or other indirect loss arising from the loss, damage, delay, misdelivery or non-delivery of your order even if we had knowledge that such damages or loss might arise.

5. If you have a particular issue that is not covered in our terms & conditions please email for clarification before ordering.

6. Sephra home fountains are not guaranteed for commercial use.
